A Production Support Lead is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of production systems and applications. They lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex issues, communicate system status to business and management, and look for continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system monitoring, stability, and speed of problem resolution. Additionally, they manage incident and problem management processes, often working with tools such as Jira and ServiceNow, and lead a team to maintain 24x7 support operations.

Key responsibilities typically include:

  • Performing advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and root cause analysis.
  • Communicating the overall system/application health to stakeholders.
  • Contributing to automation, causal analysis, and shared solutions development.
  • Managing incident and problem workflows.
  • Leading continuous improvement in production support processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and business users.
  • Ensuring performance testing, monitoring, and validation of systems.
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to support staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,566.80 - ₹48,876.98 per month
