Production Team Member (Apparel & Print Shop)

Worldwide Printing is a fast-growing, family-owned business serving the Binghamton area for over 47 years. Formerly Worldwide Sport Supply, we’ve expanded into a full-service branding company offering custom apparel, signage, and promotional products.

Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across multiple areas of our print shop — not just one station.

If you like working with your hands, learning new equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with screen printing production
• Operate and support heat press equipment
• Help with DTF (Direct-to-Film) and transfer applications
• Run and maintain digital print equipment (Mimaki / Roland)
• Support laser engraving projects
• Assist with order prep, folding, packing, and shipping
• Work alongside team members to hit daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized production space

Equipment You May Work With

• Screen printing presses (manual & automatic)
• Heat presses
• Mimaki TXF300 DTF printer
• Roland print/cut equipment
• Laser engraving machines

(No experience with all equipment required — we will train the right person.)

• Experience with print or production equipment

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
• Full-time hours, Monday–Friday
• Overtime opportunities during busy seasons
