Position Overview

We’re hiring a CSR/Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This full-time, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) role supports design and prepress production, works directly with customers, and helps on the production floor when needed. This position will primarily be spent 3-4 hours a day quoting, emailing, and answering phones.

What You’ll Do

Provide excellent, friendly customer service by answering phones and email inquiries.

Quote and write up basic jobs.

Work with the senior designer on a variety of projects.

Adjust customer-supplied files and prepare print-ready artwork.

Design jobs per customer instructions and set them up for production.

Assist production staff during busy periods.

3-4 hours of your day will be handling customer service( quoting, answering phones, responding to emails…etc.)

Who We’re Looking For

Competent with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (basic to intermediate).

Comfortable working on a Mac and with production technology; training provided for high-speed printers and copiers.

Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and grammar skills.

Proficient with basic math and measurement units relevant to print/prepress.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.

Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects.

Team player who stays calm under pressure and helps educate customers about best practices.

Nice-to-Haves

Background in print production, signs, apparel, or promotional products.

Experience preparing files for screen printing, embroidery, large-format printing and digital print.

Schedule/Pay

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Pay: $15 - $22 an hour

You’ll join an existing designer, but will be the primary CSR/designer on revisions, file prep, and final artwork, with occasional original design work and production support.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
