Production Team Member - Central Kitchen

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Production Team Member to join our Central Kitchen as they have an important role of maintaining our high standards for food quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll work alongside a team to prepare, portion, and pack products that reach our customers daily as our Central Kitchen is the heart of our operations, ensuring consistent taste, freshness, and excellence across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and products according to recipes and production schedules
• Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards at every stage of production
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory checks, receiving goods, and proper storage
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/ISO certifications advantageous)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility with shifts, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required
• Physically fit to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Must be available to join immediately
• Must be willing to relocate to DIP
