Role Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations across our diverse portfolio of food brands. Based in our centralized Al Quoz facility, this role ensures each brand maintains its unique culinary identity while achieving operational efficiency, consistent quality, and scalability. You’ll partner with the Culinary Manager on menu execution and innovation, while driving the highest standards of food safety, team performance, and delivery readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Culinary Execution

• Lead kitchen operations across all brands within the Al Quoz hub.
• Ensure every dish and beverage is delivered to brand standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
• Standardise prep workflows and production systems to enable consistency at scale.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise, train, and motivate a diverse kitchen team across multiple cuisines and beverage operations.
• Conduct training for new menu rollouts, SOPs, and food safety updates.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to optimize staffing, scheduling, and team development.

Quality & Food Standards

• Enforce strict compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and HACCP protocols.
• Conduct regular audits (taste, portion, and beverage checks) to maintain consistency.
• Use feedback and operational data to refine processes and recipes continuously.

Efficiency & Cost Control

• Manage food and beverage costs while ensuring profitability.
• Implement waste-tracking, prep logs, and yield control systems.
• Maximize throughput for high-volume delivery without compromising quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support the leadership team on new launches, seasonal items, and limited-time offers.
• Work with procurement to ensure reliable sourcing and stock continuity.
• Collaborate with current systems to optimize workflows, prep instructions, and order accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a kitchen management role (cloud kitchen, multi-brand, or QSR).
• Strong understanding of delivery-first operations and high-volume environments.
• Experience leading multicultural kitchen teams across multiple cuisines and beverages.
• Proven track record with HACCP, food safety compliance, and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; calm under pressure, solutions-focused.
• Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and digital kitchen systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
