Duties and Responsibilities

Maintenance

  • Ensures that the preventative and corrective maintenance plan is executed.
  • Collects data from operators and trains staff on applying preventive management on machines.
  • Attends Daily Control System (DCS) meetings of several functions across the plant.
  • Gathers the results of the DCS and allocates tasks to the technicians accordingly.
  • Conducts breakdown analyses and identifies the root causes.
  • Analyzes breakdowns according to 5 whys and recommends corrective actions accordingly.
  • Interferes to solve complex problems in coordination with technicians.
  • Oversees deviations and coordinates with stakeholders to take corrective actions accordingly.
  • Aligns with subcontractors and the production management team on available equipment for preventive maintenance.
  • Updates The Production Manager regularly on all matters related to maintenance.

Quality and Safety Assurance

  • Manages fire and rescue drills in collaboration with the safety manager.
  • Maintains product quality and ensures that the process is running according to standards.
  • Applies and monitors machinery safety standards.

Team Management

  • Supports operators in developing their soft and technical skills.
  • Trains operators on preventive maintenance, monitoring equipment and critical line problems to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Audits operators’ work while performing preventive maintenance.

TPM and Continuous Improvement

  • Ensures that Heineken standards are applied in the plants.
  • Improves the quality of work orders.
  • Acts as a Plant Maintenance (PM) pillar lead and applies Total Productive Maintenance standards across the plant.

Educational Background

|

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Years of Experience

|

2 - 4 years of experience in production process in FMCG companies

Qualifications & Other Requirements

|

Excellent command of English Language

Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint)

TPM Knowledge

HACCP/ISO Principles and systems
