Production Worker

Wicked Joe Organic Coffees is looking to hire a new member to join our growing production team.

As a member of the production team, your primary responsibility will be to help us meet our production goals through tasks such as: operating weigh-fills, sealers, and automated machines to package roasted coffee, label boxes and bags, participation in end-of-day cleaning procedures, and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can work in a team setting
• Is self-motivated
• Is detail oriented
• Consistently follows standard procedures
• Is flexible and willing to be moved around in production as needed
• Able to work 10 hour shifts (Mon-Thurs 7:30am to 5:30pm)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet all day
• Occasionally Lift a 60lb bucket a couple inches off the ground

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour
