KW Metro Center is seeking a driven real estate professional and natural leader to step into out Market Center as the Productivity Coach and help launch the next generation of successful real estate agents.

This is not a typical coaching role. It’s an opportunity to shape careers, build talent, and directly influence the growth of our Market Center.

As Productivity Coach, you will work with newly licensed agents, helping them turn ambition into action and develop the habits, structure, and systems required to build a thriving real estate business. You will play a critical role in helping agents move from new licensee to confident producer by guiding them through Keller Williams’ proven models and systems.

What You'll Do

Develop New Talent- Help newly licensed agents build the foundation for long-term success by teaching them KW’s proven systems, models, and lead-generation strategies.

Provide One-on-One Coaching (as needed)- Work with agents to help them set clear goals, develop business plans, and stay accountable to the activities that drive results.

Lead Skill-Building Training- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions that equip agents with the tools they need to generate leads, convert clients, and grow their businesses.

Track Progress and Drive Results- Monitor agent activity, provide constructive feedback, and help agents course-correct when needed to keep them moving forward.

Build Productive Habits- Help agents develop the daily disciplines and mindset required to achieve consistent production and long-term business growth.

Collaborate with Leadership- Partner with the Market Center leadership team to align coaching initiatives with the overall growth and success of the office.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based leadership opportunity with strong earning potential tied directly to performance and production.

As Productivity Coach, you will earn commission on:

  • Transactions closed by agents participating in the Productivity Coaching program (based on the Market Center’s coaching commission structure)
  • Any personal real estate transactions you close independently

This role allows you to build dual income streams: one through developing productive agents and another through your own continued real estate production. The more successful your agents become, the more your earning potential grows.

This position is ideal for a producing agent ready to leverage their experience into leadership while maintaining personal production and expanding their long-term earning potential.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
