SAT Coach

Job Title: SAT Coach (in-person/hybrid)

Position Type: Part-Time / Contract

About the Role

Lettuce Learn is seeking an experienced SAT Instructor to lead an in-person SAT program during this upcoming summer, as well as an increasing volume of online tutoring.

This role is ideal for a tutor who is based in the greater Redmond area and has direct experience in leading in-person SAT courses. The tutor is expected to instruct a group of 7~10 students (grades 9 through 11) for an 8-week summer program. The tutor will report directly to the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare for and provide on-site group coaching for SAT prep (Redmond area)
Effectively identify and cover knowledge gaps.
Seamlessly balance group coaching and individualized feedback to optimize learning experience for all students involved.
Track student progress and share detailed session reports during weekly meeting with the Program Director.

Key Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must reside near Redmond, WA and have an operable means for transportation.
Undergraduate degree from a nationally selective university in the United States.
Strong personal SAT score (score report required)
Criminal background check
