The role is responsible for leading key transformation and productivity initiatives across Supply Chain Turkiye. This role drives projects that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen Supply Chain capabilities in line with business priorities. It works closely with local and sector teams to ensure alignment, supports the digitalization and performance agenda, and leads cross-functional efforts that enable a more agile and future-ready Supply Chain organization.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute the roadmap to an agile, adaptable and aligned TR SC network (including capacity planning, logistics transformation, CAPEX)

Lead and facilitate Transformational Supply Chain programs (expl. Automation, PEP+, Best Ever Lays..) ensuring timely execution and all involved functions consolidation.

Lead, support and develop Operational standards (via BUETs and Sector team), ensure core products and NPD agenda are fully supported by SC with minimum costs and complexity.

Be the essential part of Digitalization agenda for TR BU, ensuring timely developing & implementation of SC projects.

Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.

Develop procedures and processes for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production etc.

Lead various Foods & Beverages Supply Chain projects, in addition to Po1 projects, to realize cost minimization / service maximization / operational efficiency maximization.

Realizing Po1 cost saving targets (Productivity agenda).

Infusing Supply Chain Best Practices to Make and Move organization.

Prepare and report performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of E2E supply chain KPIs

Be primary responsible for developing of SC strategy and alignment of it with critical stakeholders

Lead the SPARK implementation from project management and systems readiness perspective

Manage and drive Po1 cross functional projects in line with PSP productivity targets

Manage Learning and education programs for LSS, MOS and Spark agenda.

Owner of SC Transformational programs, SPOC for Sector team and other BUs.

Drive digital strategy including ERP implementation.

Defines and governs the strategic roadmap for the TR Supply Chain network in line with business needs.

Prioritizes and approves key SC transformation programs, including digital initiatives and productivity projects.

Makes final decisions on SC design, operating models, and cross-functional project execution.

Owns end-to-end performance governance, ensuring corrective actions when KPIs deviate.

Acts as escalation point and decision-maker for sector-level initiatives and inter-BU collaborations.

Oversees strategic capability development and learning priorities across the SC function.

Holds authority over risk mitigation, resource allocation, and benefit realization in transformation efforts
Qualifications

University degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline

10+ years, preferable in Supply Chain function

Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment

Experience in program/project management, agile methodologies

People leader with strong management skills

Ability to influence peers & senior commercial executives through sound analysis and relevant story telling; create and maintain relationships throughout the organization and various departments

Self-starter mindset with the ability to “manage up”
