Products Listing Trainee

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Shopify Product Listings Trainee to ensure our digital storefront remains engaging, accurate, and conversion-driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Upload, manage, and update product listings, images, descriptions, SKUs, and pricing on Shopify.
• Write engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions tailored for baby, kids, and lifestyle products.
• Organize products into collections, categories, and filters for seamless navigation and customer experience.
• Ensure product content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and accuracy standards.
• Coordinate with the procurement and inventory teams to keep product availability, stock levels, and pricing updated.
• Optimize product pages with Meta tags, alt text, and keyword-rich content for better search rankings.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product pages are free of errors, broken links, or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to upload banners, promotional content, and seasonal campaigns.
• Stay updated on Shopify features, apps, and integrations to streamline product management.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in product content presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ideal but not necessary 1 year of experience in e-commerce product listing and content management, ideally on Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify admin panel, product uploads, collection management, and apps.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for e-commerce product pages.
• Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail, accuracy, and creativity.
• Ability to work with product data, inventory records, and content spreadsheets.
