What You Will Do:

  • Ensure bi weekly/monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events & Product Managers.

  • HCP Contract Process Management.

  • HCP Faculty Relations Management – working with marketing & events team.

  • Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.

  • Ensuring Divisional Needs Assessment is prepared, approved & followed.

  • Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities & relations in guidance with compliance rules

  • Support with KPI management for the manager.

  • Support with continuous process and tools improvement reviews.

What You Need:

  • College/B.S. degree equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.

  • 3+ years of experience in events management, Medical education or relevant experience in corporate companies.

  • Fluency in local language as well as English.

  • Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company.

  • Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance.

  • Microsoft Office knowledge.

  • Experience with contract management and processing.
