EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
As a Professional Conduct Investigator 1, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting investigations regarding the allegations of violations of the standards of conduct, laws, rules, and regulations of the professional and occupational licensing boards. You will have the opportunity to work closely with supervisors and prosecuting attorneys to ensure all factual information is collected. Work also involves gathering facts, reviewing and evaluating information, and handling legal documents. Effective communication and attention to detail are key as you may be required to testify at hearings or proceedings, conduct in-person interviews, as well as compile thorough, accurate, and timely reports.Make your career goals a reality with the Bureau of Enforcement and Investigation!Interested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, based on operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in King of Prussia. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
