We are a locally owned professional pet care company looking for a dependable Dog Walker / Pet Care Specialist to join our team. This is not gig work like Rover or Wag — our walkers are W-2 employees with regular schedules, support from management, and long-term clients who rely on us.

What the Job Looks Like

You will travel between client homes during the weekday daytime hours providing services such as:

• Dog Walking
• Puppy visits and playtime
• Cat care and feeding visits
• Occasional pet sitting visits

Walkers drive between homes on their daily route and use our app to send visit updates to clients.

This role is independent and active, with most of your day spent outdoors caring for pets.

This position is ideal for someone who wants consistent weekday daytime work.

Typical shift availability options:

• 9am-2pm or
• 10am-3pm

Additional details:

• 15–25 hours per week
• Monday–Friday daytime availability required
• One weekend per month required
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Smartphone capable of using scheduling apps
• Comfortable handling dogs that may pull on leash
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to commit to the position for at least 6 months
