Summary

We are seeking highly motivated skilled lawn mowing professionals who can handle high volume at a fast pace with attention to detail and safety. We handle mostly residential (up to 50 yards per crew of 2 in 8 hours) and some commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional lawn mowing services for residential and commercial properties.
• Operate Zero turns, Weedeaters, Edgers, Blowers and Hedge Trimmers safely and effectively to ensure high-quality results.
• Maintain landscape areas by trimming shrubs and bushes.
• Assist with various landscape projects as required.
• Dig and prepare garden beds for planting when necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various lawn care equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

However, experience isn’t everything. The right individual demonstrates a professional attitude at all times with respect to our customers, their coworkers and themselves. This is an absolute must to be part of the Laguna Team. We are willing to train the right person.

Starting pay $15 and can increase depending on experience and evaluation by crew leads. 2 weeks paid time off for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
