We are seeking a Professional Multi-Technician capable of performing multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, painting, and tiling on residential, commercial, and industrial sites in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of tasks efficiently while maintaining professional standards, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, and tiling tasks according to project requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Plan daily work, manage materials, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple trades.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and other site teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of combined experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, and/or tiling (5 years preferred).
• Recognised trade certifications or licences in one or more areas.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to read technical drawings and execute multi-trade tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of UAE construction and safety standards.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
