Professional Nanny (BACB a Plus)
Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | 5 Days/Week | 1-Hour Break | Some Weekends Required
Travel Required (including extended and short-notice travel) ($50 per diem for travel)
We are seeking a highly experienced, Nanny (BACB a plus) to support a loving, fast-paced household. This is a unique dual-role position for a childcare professional who can combine exceptional infant/toddler care with organizational and household support. The ideal candidate is mature, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured environment where excellence is expected.

Key ResponsibilitiesChildcare & Development
- Provide attentive, developmentally aligned care to infants and toddlers.
- Engage children in age-appropriate learning and play activities to support milestone development.
- Ensure the children’s safety at all times, maintaining a watchful and nurturing presence.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs.
Household & Butler Support
- Assist the family with meal prep, tidying common areas, preparing outfits for events and outings, and other household-related support as needed.
- Maintain a flexible, service-oriented mindset to accommodate evolving parental needs.
Organization & Environment Management
- Oversee children’s rooms and play areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, sanitized, and safe.
- Manage children’s laundry, including washing, folding, organizing, and maintaining clothing and linens.
- Maintain a systemized inventory of baby supplies—diapers, formula, food, toiletries—and conduct weekly restocking (with prior approval).
- Ensure the refrigerator and nursery are fully stocked each shift.
Travel Support
- Participate in frequent and sometimes extended travel with the family.
- Pack and unpack children’s belongings and ensure all travel necessities are organized and accessible.
- Remain calm and efficient during last-minute schedule changes or unexpected travel needs.
Safety, Hygiene, & Emergency Preparedness
- Maintain a clean, sanitized environment for children’s living and play spaces.
- Be prepared to handle emergencies with basic first aid knowledge and awareness of all emergency protocols.
- Maintain active communication with parents, providing regular updates and observations.
Time Management & Professionalism
- Manage tasks efficiently during your 12-hour shift to ensure all responsibilities are completed.
- Proactively identify daily needs and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
Required Certifications
You must hold:
- Active TrustLine Registration
- BACB, strongly preferred

Schedule
- 12 hours/day
- 5 days per week
- Includes some weekends depending on family schedule
- 1-hour paid break per shift
- Day, night, and overnight availability preferred
