Our mission is to provide total peace of mind to our neighbors in Northwest Charlotte, offering expert care for everything from playful puppies and senior canines to cats and exotic pets.

We are looking for dedicated, local Professional Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers who live right in our core service hub to help us maintain the gold standard of local pet care.

Choose Your Path: Flexible Service Roles

We custom-design your routes and schedule based on your availability and our clients' needs. Our primary service roles include:

• Daily Dog Walking & Mid-Day Visits: Manage 1–4 visits per day (typically between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM) focused on mid-day exercise, fresh water, feedings, and mental enrichment.
• Full-Service Drop-In Pet Sitting: Provide comprehensive care throughout the day, including essential morning, dinner, and bedtime rotations for dogs, cats, and exotics. (High demand for team members comfortable with feline care!)
• Professional Overnights: Provide a dedicated 10-hour stay (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in a client’s home for overnight companionship, routines, and added home security.

• Local Roots: You must live directly within zip codes 28214, 28216, 28269, or 28120. We prioritize candidates in these areas to keep your travel times minimal and efficient.
• Professional Integrity: You take safety seriously, can provide excellent professional references, and are able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
• The Logistics: You own a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan and a dependable, fully insured personal vehicle.
• The Commitment: You are ready to commit to our team for at least 6 months to provide vital consistency for our regular pets. This position includes a shared rotation of weekends and holidays.
