Professional Photographer - Videographer and Content Creator

Job Summary:

The DeLaMode UK is seeking a visionary Professional Photographer & Videographer to spearhead our visual storytelling. This role goes beyond technical execution; we are looking for a creative strategist who can conceptualize and capture high-end content that aligns with international luxury standards and evolving local fashion trends. You will be responsible for the entire visual production process, ensuring every product is displayed and captured with a premium, sophisticated aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Content Strategy: Develop and propose creative concepts for product displays and shoots. You must stay ahead of global luxury trends and local market preferences to ensure our visual content remains innovative and aspirational.

• High-End Production: Execute professional-grade photography and cinematography for international luxury goods and local designer couture. All production must be conducted using professional equipment (cameras, lighting, and stabilization tools);

• Aesthetic Curation: Design and set up high-end "staged" environments for products. This includes selecting appropriate props, managing lighting textures, and creating "Human Factor" visuals (e.g., POV unboxings, macro-detail shots, and hand-modeling) to add depth to the brand's digital presence.

• Technical Excellence: Manage c lighting setups to achieve various "moods" (e.g., high-fashion studio, soft natural light, or dramatic evening aesthetics). You are responsible for the technical integrity of every shot, including composition, focus, and color consistency.

• Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with the management team to align visual output with marketing goals. You must be able to translate brand requirements into stunning visual assets that drive engagement and trust.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in fashion, editorial, or luxury product photography/videography.

• Technical: Expert proficiency in handling professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and advanced studio lighting equipment.

• Visionary Mindset: A strong portfolio that demonstrates not just technical skill, but a clear ability to strategize and style luxury products for high-conversion content.

• Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail, ensuring zero technical lapses in the final imagery or footage.

• Professionalism: Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of "creativeness and efficiency."

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fashion-focused content creation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with current digital and social content formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) and an understanding of best practices for each.
• Ability to collaborate with influencers and brand partners to create unique and compelling content.
• Knowledge of post-production processes like color grading and sound editing.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design for video thumbnails, promotional materials, etc., is a plus.

Job Details:

• Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore.

• Employment Type: We are open to Full-Time or Part-Time candidates. Part-time applicants must be able to commit to a fixed schedule of hours and days to ensure production consistency.

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and the quality of the provided portfolio.
