Professional & Reliable Class 1 & 2 Drivers (Zero Hours)

Due to recent fleet expansion Keep It Cool Ltd are recruiting for HGV, Class 1 & 2 drivers.

The right candidate will be driving our full range of vehicles, Artic, 26t, 18t, 12t, 7.5t and 3.5t. Experience of driving manual transmission vehicles is preferrable.

This position is ideal for anyone looking for for one, two or three shifts a week, on a 0-hour contract basis.

Some jobs are urgent and last minute, so you’ll need to be able to respond at short notice and be available for urgent work.

Class 1 work is subject to a £15 per shift Bonus, on top of the hourly rate.

The rate of pay is £14.50 per hour.

Holiday pay is paid monthly at a rate of 12.07% of hours worked.

The suitable candidate will be adaptable and capable of working independently. They must be reliable, hardworking, able to work alone as well as part of a team, and always be polite and professional.

In return, we are very accommodating with working patterns and time off, etc.

Recent experience of driving Class 2 vehicles is a must as is a current CPC card/ qualification. Must be fully conversant with EU Driving regs and WTD. Tail-lift experience is beneficial.

Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of Euroway Trading Estate, M606.

Full guidance, support and training will be given throughout employment.
