Professional Residential Cleaner - Needs 2+ years of experience

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional experienced Airbnb and Residential Cleaner to join our team. Please refrain from applying if you do not meet the following requirements:

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry tasks, ensuring that linens and garments are cleaned, folded, and stored appropriately.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain the quality of flooring.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Assist in janitorial tasks as needed, including restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping management is a plus.
