Crystal Clean Maui LLC is Hiring – Cleaning Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Team Lead to join our growing company. This is a leadership role — you'll be responsible for your team, your supplies, and delivering the Crystal Clean standard on every job.

This is a part-time, seasonal position working Mondays and Tuesdays through September. As we grow our client base over the summer, additional hours may become available — and team members who are a great fit may be invited to stay on beyond the season. We are looking to hire immediately.

This role is active and requires being on your feet and moving for 6–8 hours per shift.

Primary service areas include Kahului, Wailuku, Kihei, Waiehu, and Lahaina, with occasional jobs in North Shore and Upcountry as well.

Duties Include:

Cleaning residential homes to Crystal Clean standards
Leading and managing your Cleaning Assistant on every job
Picking up supplies from our storage unit and keeping them stocked and organized in your vehicle
Maintaining and tracking cleaning supplies and equipment
Upholding quality control and ensuring jobs meet Crystal Clean standards before leaving a client's home

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of experience in a cleaning role (residential, commercial, hospitality, or similar)
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 position)
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with space to transport supplies
Must be dependable, organized, and a strong leader
