Professional Residential & Commercial Cleaner

JOB OVERVIEW:

PAY:

Average $25-$35 / hr (jobs are paid at a flat rate per job, so hourly rate earned depends on time it takes for cleaner to complete a given job).

LOCATION:

Denver Metro Area

SHIFT:

Day / night time, typically 8-11pm (weekends as well, if you're available, based on job type (residential versus commercial office) and / or client schedules / demand).

HOURS:

Part-time to full-time

1099 contract

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clean residential houses, commercial offices / facilities, post-construction / remodel projects, Airbnb / Vrbo / vacation rentals, homes staged for sale, etc.

Clean all spaces according to cleaning type (deep clean, standard / recurring clean, move-in / out, vacation rental, etc.) and scope of work, including kitchen, living room, dining room, common spaces, dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc.

Do assessments prior to cleaning to set client expectations and walkthroughs with customer once cleans are complete to guarantee satisfaction. Must be capable of working independently and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Legal resident or hold work permit

- Pass a background check

- At least two years of professional experience cleaning residential homes, commercial spaces, post-construction / remodel projects, especially in the Denver Metro Area

- Reliable transportation

- Cleaning supplies & equipment

- Have a smartphone and ability to use digital technology (software tools / platforms)
