About the Role:
We are seeking a Solution Design and Professional Services Presales Support person to bridge the gap between sales solution strategy and post-sale professional services delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring complex customer solutions are well-designed, clearly scoped, and successfully delivered.
You will work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and external partners to design end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with operational and delivery standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design & Presales Support:
    • Partner with Sales teams to design scalable, supportable customer solutions.
    • Translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures.
    • Support development of solution documentation including SoWs, BoMs, and delivery plans.
    • Participate in customer workshops and presentations.
  • Professional Services Integration Support:
    • Act as the expert between solution design and professional services execution.
    • Ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery teams.
    • Align solution designs with delivery methodologies and service catalogs.
  • Delivery Enablement & Governance:
    • Support project readiness and kickoff activities.
    • Provide technical oversight during implementation.
    • Identify delivery risks and support mitigation strategies.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
    • Communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in presales solution selling, solution design, systems integration, or professional services.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-technology solutions.
  • Experience delivering on Statements of Work and implementation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL, or cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience in consulting or managed services environments.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks.

Job Specific Skills:
  • Docuware Solution Engineer certified or equivalent
  • Accounts Payable ERP knowledge
