About the Role:
We are seeking a Solution Design and Professional Services Presales Support person to bridge the gap between sales solution strategy and post-sale professional services delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring complex customer solutions are well-designed, clearly scoped, and successfully delivered.
You will work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and external partners to design end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with operational and delivery standards.
What You’ll Do:

Design & Presales Support:

Partner with Sales teams to design scalable, supportable customer solutions.

Translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures.

Support development of solution documentation including SoWs, BoMs, and delivery plans.

Participate in customer workshops and presentations.

Professional Services Integration Support:
-
Act as the expert between solution design and professional services execution.

Ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery teams.

Align solution designs with delivery methodologies and service catalogs.

Delivery Enablement & Governance:

Support project readiness and kickoff activities.

Provide technical oversight during implementation.
-
Identify delivery risks and support mitigation strategies.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers.

Communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in presales solution selling, solution design, systems integration, or professional services.

Experience delivering complex, multi-technology solutions.
-
Experience delivering on Statements of Work and implementation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL, or cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Experience in consulting or managed services environments.

Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks.
