Roles and Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring internal systems and infrastructures.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software-related technical issues.
  • Responding to end-user support requests and providing technical assistance.
  • Planning system updates and upgrades in line with client requirements.
  • Performing regular maintenance and system checks to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with the installation and management of Dell and HP servers and storage systems.
  • Knowledge of hyper-converged systems, SAN, virtualization technologies, and virtual system management.
  • Proficiency in technical English, especially for understanding documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills; effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
