Responsibilities

• Safely operate a taxi adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Transport passengers efficiently to their destinations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage handling when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal operation
• Communicate clearly with passengers regarding routes, fares, and estimated arrival times
• Complete trip logs, fare reports, and vehicle inspection checklists accurately and promptly
• Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout each ride

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no experience necessary.
• Must be over the age of 21 to apply.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or commercial driver preferred; familiarity with city routes and navigation tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse passengers and team members
• Ability to perform light physical tasks such as assisting with luggage.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance basics
• Experience in heavy lifting or paratransit services is advantageous but not mandatory
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
