We’re looking for an energetic and professional Part-Time Cashier / Customer Service Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to every customer.
• Operate the cash register and handle all transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and ID verification for age compliance.
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support online order fulfillment, including store pickups and delivery orders.
• Follow all company policies and legal requirements for alcohol sales and responsible service.
• Assist with special events, tastings, and promotional displays as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred; wine & spirits knowledge is a plus (but we’ll train the right person).
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to handle alcohol sales.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
