Nile University's Graduate School of Management of Technology is seeking outstanding and visionary faculty members at the Associate or Full Professor level. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of leaders and contribute to cutting-edge research in a vibrant, entrepreneurial academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality graduate courses in Management of Technology and related disciplines.
• Establish a robust, externally funded research program addressing global and regional challenges.
• Publish influential research in top-tier academic journals.
• Supervise and mentor graduate students in their research and professional development.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and build strong partnerships with industry and the community.
• Contribute to academic leadership, program development, and accreditation processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in Management of Technology, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.
• A current academic rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor, held for a minimum of three years.
• A distinguished record of scholarly research with publications in reputable international journals.
• Demonstrated success in securing external funding for research initiatives.
• Proven excellence in teaching and mentoring at the graduate level.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a solid background in statistics.

• Experience fostering academia-industry collaboration and applying research to practical challenges.
• A commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
• Leadership experience and a strong understanding of accreditation standards.
