Profisee Lead/Architect (Profisee Certification required)

As a Profisee Lead/Architect at iSoftTek Solutions Inc, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' data management practices, ensuring data quality, and driving successful MDM initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy MDM architecture that aligns with business objectives.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Profisee MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
• Design and architect scalable and flexible MDM frameworks utilizing Profisee technology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance through effective management of master data.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members on Profisee best practices.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues related to MDM applications.
• Stay current with Profisee product updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of MDM practices.

Qualifications:

• Profisee Certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on MDM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Profisee software and its components.
• Experience integrating MDM solutions with various data sources and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
