Program Administrator

Beyond90 is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Program Administrator to support two vital programs: Restoration & Development (R&D) and Project for Healing. This role provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of mental health services, educational classes, workshops, and community-based programming for refugees and immigrants.

The Program Administrator plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive participant experience while collaborating across departments to support staff, strengthen program operations, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for both programs, ensuring efficient daily operations
  • Conduct administrative intakes for new mental health clients
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation as needed
  • Maintain accurate participant records, documentation, and database entry
  • Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and program activities
  • Support participant registration, communication, and attendance tracking
  • Assist instructors, volunteers, and partners with program implementation
  • Help prepare for monthly food pantry distributions
  • Occasionally transport clients using a company vehicle
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, nonprofit management, social services, public administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered
  • Experience in administrative support, program coordination, or office operations
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Experience working with refugee, immigrant, or underserved communities preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
