Job Title: Program Analyst

Location: St. Louis, MO

Terms: Full-time, In-Person

Hourly Range: $24-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

About the role: The Program Analyst will be involved with projects from the start to provide successful completion within budget, scope, and schedule. The Program Analyst will work with the Project Manager on every aspect of a job, including bidding, inventorying supplies, planning, scheduling, and closeouts.

Responsibilities:

· Understand job scope and comprehend construction drawings.

· Communicate effectively with management, crews, and clients.

· Obtain information necessary to receive approval for project.

· Work with suppliers to procure materials in advance of project start.

· Help manage crews and provide direction to delegate responsibilities.

· Price materials and submit bids for future projects.

· Schedule and attend meetings to report on project progress.

· Ensure invoices are submitted and paid in a timely manner.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.

· Project management experience is desired.

· Highly organized and able to work on multiple tasks at once.

· Follow directions well and learn quickly.

· Be versatile, flexible, and willing to work in changing conditions and situations with enthusiasm.

· Use the Microsoft suite of products and client-specific portals.

· Once trained, be able to work independently to maintain forward progress.

*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from office location in St. Louis.
