Program Analyst

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing program performance, generating reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills along with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze program data and performance metrics to identify trends and insights
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program success
• Maintain accurate documentation and data records
• Assist in process optimization and workflow improvements
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
