Program Analyst - DSS

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Analyst to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of key organizational programs. You will work cross-functionally to gather and analyze data, track performance metrics, identify process improvements, and ensure programs meet their objectives on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor program performance against established goals, milestones, and KPIs
• Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders
• Identify operational gaps and recommend evidence-based process improvements
• Coordinate with program managers, subject matter experts, and external partners
• Support budget tracking, resource planning, and procurement activities
• Maintain program documentation, records, and standard operating procedures
• Assist with risk identification and mitigation planning

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: Associates or higher and 1-4 years of experience
