Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side components using Java and related frameworks.</li><li>
Software Design: Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code.</li><li>
Code Quality: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for optimization.</li><li>
Testing &amp; Debugging: Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA) to transform business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software functionality and architectural designs.</li></ul></div>

Java Software Developer (IH Code 104)

Description: 
The Contractor shall operate the Facilities Service Desk phone; enter and assign Service Requests (SRs) in the Facilities Service System (FSS); communicate receipt and status of SRs to customers; maintain a log of open and overdue SRs, notifying staff of deadlines and tracking SRs to completion; notify Code 102 management of high-priority SRs; dispatch staff to investigate and address urgent SRs; submit Service Calls to service providers.
 
Requirements: 
Target Education: Technical School or High School Diploma.
 
Target Experience: Experience in overall commercial building system operations or work experience in HVAC, mechanical or electrical systems. Possess a practical understanding of engineering concepts. Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred.
 
Must be US Citizen and hold an active Secret security clearance.

 We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Analyst to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of key organizational programs. You will work cross-functionally to gather and analyze data, track performance metrics, identify process improvements, and ensure programs meet their objectives on time and within scope.
 Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Monitor program performance against established goals, milestones, and KPIs</li><li>
Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources</li><li>

Requirements:
