Service Desk Technician

Description:
The Contractor shall operate the Facilities Service Desk phone; enter and assign Service Requests (SRs) in the Facilities Service System (FSS); communicate receipt and status of SRs to customers; maintain a log of open and overdue SRs, notifying staff of deadlines and tracking SRs to completion; notify Code 102 management of high-priority SRs; dispatch staff to investigate and address urgent SRs; submit Service Calls to service providers.

Requirements:
Target Education: Technical School or High School Diploma.

Target Experience: Experience in overall commercial building system operations or work experience in HVAC, mechanical or electrical systems. Possess a practical understanding of engineering concepts. Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred.

Must be US Citizen and hold an active Secret security clearance.
