Program Analyst, Journeyman (PMA-299)

Job Responsibilities:

Position directly supports the H-60 Joint Program Office (PMA-299) and the Mission Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT). Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives; analyzes and/or tracks program/project requirements, status, budgets, and schedules; performs management, technical, and/or business case analyses; collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs; and applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Must have experience in program/project analysis activities and have an active Secret level DoD security clearance. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD, and some telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis. Requisition #ESI 0189

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience.
• Possess/retain an active Secret Level DoD security clearance
• Must have experience in DoD program/project analysis activities.
• Salary range: $80K – $120K/year, negotiable
