About Feeding Your Demons (FYD)

Developed by Lama Tsultrim Allione, Feeding Your Demons® (FYD) is a profoundly effective method for recognizing and transforming the deep-seated patterns, triggers, and neuroses that undermine the quality and enjoyment of our lives.

The FYD Institute was founded as a global hub to promote the growth of FYD worldwide; to offer educational programs and trainings in FYD; to ensure the integrity of the method; and to be a resource for Certified FYD Facilitators.

Job Summary

The Feeding Your Demons Program and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing the operations of the FYD program, and supporting the growth and development of the program. This position reports to the Director of the FYD Institute and collaborates closely with the part-time FYD Program Manager. It is a remote position with occasional weekend hours.

The role is creative and multifaceted, and includes:

● Supporting the delivery of online FYD programs, including a customer service component and coordination of live online programs.

● Supporting efforts to promote and grow program enrollment and increase the worldwide prominence of FYD as a psychological modality.

● Working in a small team environment with input on financial planning, decisionmaking, and strategic direction.

● Ongoing collaboration, communication, and general administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Coordination

- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of all FYD online programs.

- Coordinate with FYD Teachers regarding the scheduling of programs and webcasts.

- Organize and facilitate webcasts for live FYD programs.

- Manage participants' certification application process for review and approval.

- Receive and respond to participant and customer inquiries.

- Manage, update, and maintain the online course environment across platforms.

- Liaise with other TM departments and teams on FYD-related issues.

2. Growth and Marketing

- Collaborate with the FYD Director to develop and execute a viable growth strategy for FYD and a plan with timelines for implementation.

- Collaborate with and support the TM Marketing department to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan.

- Lead the transition and integration of Hubspot as the central CRM for FYD, and implement strategies to optimize the use of Hubspot.

- Collaborate with the TM webmaster to ensure FYD web presence and content are up-to-date and accurate.

- Explore platforms, venues, conferences, symposia, and other opportunities for the FYD Founder or teachers to present and promote FYD.

3. Administration and Operations

- Support the director with the budgeting process and enrollment projections.

- Track enrollments and liaise with accounting to track payments, expenses, and refunds.

- Track scholarship applications and assist with decision-making on awards.

- Document workflows and standard operating procedures.

- Participate in visioning for improving current FYD programs and creating future programs.

4. Quality Assurance

- Monitor and maintain high participant feedback ratings

- Implement improvements based on participant feedback and program performance

Required Qualifications

- Excellent project management and organizational skills are a must.

- 3 or more years of experience in customer service, program coordination, or online education.

- Experience working with remote team members and willingness to work some pre-scheduled weekends (i.e., webcast hosting)

- Competency in leveraging various software and cloudware programs and online platforms.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems

- Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Mighty Networks, Retreat Guru)

- Experience in creating excellent learning experiences in the online environment

- Knowledge of Feeding Your Demons and Vajrayana Buddhism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
