Position Summary

The Ministry Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing ministry programs, outreach initiatives, and community engagement activities for Rcross Ministries LLC. This role ensures that all ministry events and programs are aligned with the organization’s mission, executed with excellence, and effectively serve the spiritual and practical needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ministry programs, events, and outreach activities.
• Work closely with ministry leadership to develop annual and seasonal program calendars.
• Coordinate logistics for events including venues, materials, volunteers, and schedules.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various ministry activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between ministry departments, speakers, and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of programs, attendance, feedback, and reports.
• Assist in developing teaching materials, program guides, and promotional content.
• Support community engagement efforts including follow-ups, small groups, and pastoral care initiatives.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Theology, Communications, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in ministry coordination, church administration, or nonprofit program management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead volunteers and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools for communication and planning.
• Understanding of cross-cultural ministry environments (advantageous in Qatar setting).
