Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Program Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our Tech Park. You will work closely with instructors, students, and management to ensure seamless delivery of our training programs — from scheduling and registration to examinations and feedback. If you thrive in an educational environment and have a passion for technology and youth development, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Course Coordination

  • Collaborate with instructors to plan and schedule courses, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of course schedules, timings, and any changes.
  • Ensure timely allocation of resources, classrooms, and technical equipment for each session.

2. Instructor & Student Liaison

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between instructors and students.
  • Assist instructors with course material preparation, presentations, and technical setup.
  • Collect student feedback regularly and share actionable insights with relevant instructors.

3. Attendance Management

  • Maintain accurate attendance records for all courses and sessions.
  • Share attendance reports with instructors and management on a regular basis.
  • Implement attendance policies and handle exceptional or disputed cases in a fair manner.

4. Candidate Registration

  • Oversee the end-to-end registration process for new applicants.
  • Guide prospective students on available courses, eligibility, and prerequisites.
  • Ensure all candidate data and registration records are accurately maintained.

5. Examination Coordination

  • Organize and schedule examinations, including venue setup and logistics.
  • Distribute exam invitations and relevant instructions to candidates and instructors.
  • Ensure smooth, secure examination proceedings; promptly resolve any technical issues.

6. Course Suitability Advisory

  • Assess candidate backgrounds and learning goals to recommend appropriate courses.
  • Coordinate with instructors to match students with classes that fit their skill level and aspirations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare documents, reports, and presentations independently.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, communication, email, and record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in an educational, training, or administrative setting is a strong advantage.
