Osborne is seeking a full-time, dynamic Program Coordinator to join our Community Justice Reentry Network (Jails to Jobs) team. The Program Coordinator will support the oversight of program service delivery and implementation, ensuring compliance and quality standards. Reporting to the J2J Deputy Director, this role collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective and efficient service delivery. This position will report out of our Brooklyn office.
This position will require travel to work on-site at Rikers Island approximately 1–2 times per week, or as needed to support program operations.
Salary: $66,300 annually
