Program Coordinator/Digital Storyteller

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Program Coordinator/Content Creator who possesses a rare and powerful blend of organizational precision and creative flair. In this role, you will be a key driver of organizational project support for our association clients, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed with excellence and that project goals are met with professional rigor.

Simultaneously, you will serve as a Content Creator and Digital Storyteller, crafting compelling narratives and visual assets for a wide variety of clients to uniquely position their brand messaging. We need a professional who is as comfortable managing a member database and coordinating complex project timelines as they are providing comprehensive marketing support for events—from digital promotion to innovative invitation design. If you are a results-driven individual who can navigate the technical details of association management while infusing every project with a unique creative spin, you may be an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content & Digital Design

  • Brand Development: Design and develop brand materials and digital communications to uniquely position client messaging.
  • Digital Storytelling: Create and manage dynamic content schedules across multiple platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Creative Asset Design: Produce high-quality visual content, including graphics for digital campaigns, newsletters, and public relations materials.

Program Management & Event Marketing

  • Event Marketing Support: Lead the marketing efforts for client events, including the design of invitations, promotional materials, and event-day digital engagement.
  • Organizational Project Support: Provide high-level coordination for a variety of client accounts, ensuring all deliverables meet m2’s standards of excellence.
  • Database Management: Maintain membership and database systems for a variety of clients to facilitate seamless communication and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years in marketing, digital design, or project coordination.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in digital design tools and social media management platforms.
  • Technical Savvy: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on public relations.
  • Mindset: An energetic professional with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and a passion for collaboration. We are seeking a Program Coordinator who possesses a rare and powerful blend of organizational precision and creative flair. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
