Program Designer (Learning Solutions Designer)

About the Role:

The Program Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and designing comprehensive learning programs that address client capability needs. This role involves developing structured learning journeys, content outlines, and instructional materials that blend modern learning techniques with practical business relevance. The designer collaborates closely with consultants and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with client objectives and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end learning programs, including objectives, content flow, activities, and assessment tools.

• Translate client requirements and learning outcomes into structured program blueprints.

• Develop engaging instructional materials and digital learning assets in collaboration with trainers and content developers.

• Ensure alignment between program design, competency frameworks, and organizational development goals.

• Evaluate existing programs and propose design enhancements for greater impact and engagement.

• Research emerging learning technologies and methodologies to innovate program delivery.

• Maintain design documentation and ensure consistent branding and format across materials.

• Support proposal development by providing input on learning architecture and methodology.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in program design or instructional development.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional models, and curriculum design.

• Experience designing blended learning programs and e-learning content is an asset.

• Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
