Program Development Specialist/Administrative Assistant

The Program Development Specialist/Administrative Assistant role at Legacy Sports Park will focus on ensuring that all clients understand programs we provide. You will be the first point of contact in helping parents register children on platforms, handling inquiries, phone calls, coordinate appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks for operational excellence.

This position will focus on assisting the CEO in completing tasks daily for program growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Assist in managing office operations by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and supporting Program Directors and staff members.

Outreach calls and emails to schools, coaches, businesses that all promote kids to join our sports programs

Keep Organizational charts of the park current

Know and be able to train new directors on various softwares throughout the Legacy Sports Park

Keeping track of uniform purchases and spreadsheets for programs

Email communication with Legacy Sports Park parents and participants

· Provide personal assistant duties to executives and managers as needed. Excel sheets formed/managed.

· Perform clerical tasks such as excel spreadsheet creation and management, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.

· Utilize strong proofreading skills to review and edit documents for accuracy.

· Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support both in person and over the phone.

· Assist in event planning and coordination for office events or meetings.

· Familiarity with sports programs is a plus.

· Ability to computerize tasks efficiently to enhance office productivity.

Job Type: Full-time
