Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Abrams program:

Proactively lead variance analysis, identify risk and opportunities, and make recommendations to optimize program profitability or mitigate risks

Perform EVMS tasks, reporting, and processes including processing Baseline Change Requests

Perform cost performance reconciliations, reporting, and help lead status reviews and briefings
-
Support monthly orders, sales, and earnings forecast; quarterly cash deep dive, estimate at completion analysis; and annual operating plan development

Assist with completion and submittal of the annual cost and software data reporting

Support internal and external audits

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred

Knowledge of EVMS principles preferred but not required

Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex financial ideas and recommendations across all levels of the organization

Strong team focus, able to work collaboratively with a wide range of business partners and stakeholders

Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning

Innovation and results oriented, able to anticipate issues and work independently with ambiguity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills
-
Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion preferred
