Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Human Resources Analyst to support an effort in Chantilly, VA. This position will support civilian recruiting and processing activities for a new and dynamic effort. The job requires familiarity with multiple DoD and IC organizations, processes, and satellite systems. To perform the role the successful candidate must:
- Implement and deliver HR best practices; resolve HR issues when they arise.
- Plan, track, and drive to closure all HR tasks and products.
- Maintain action tracking process and tools; manage status; provide metrics.
- Monitor and coordinate correspondence, reports, and related items related to Human Resources.
- Effectively communicate with leadership status of HR activities.
- Track, write, and coordinate awards and nominations.
- Support all business processes and business rhythm.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and stakeholders.
- Draft executive level briefings as needed.
- Work with program schedulers to develop schedules depicting major activities and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience
- Experience in HR business and administrative processes and controls.

Proven knowledge and use of DoD administrative and records management systems and processes.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Experience using tools, repositories, and databases including SharePoint, Livelink, Excel, Access, Task Management Tracker, and PowerPoint.

Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS).

Experience working with executive-level internal and external customers.

Experience providing direct support to an executive level customer(s).
