Purpose

Owns the program’s KPI, benefits realization, and reporting frameworks. Consolidates data from all project managers to produce timely, value-centric dashboards and executive reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate weekly project updates.
  • Manage RAID logs, dependencies, and governance cadence.
  • Produce weekly dashboards and monthly executive reports.
  • Track benefits realization and performance against baselines.
  • Support the Program Manager in Steering Committee preparation.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8+ years in PMO or program governance roles.
  • Proven experience in KPI development and benefits tracking.
  • Advanced Excel/Power BI and PowerPoint reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
