Insurity’s Next Program Manager
Focused on creating project and program artifacts independently, mentoring others on their project tasks, and working on moderate to complex efforts without assistance. Able to execute on all projects and programs once defined. Demonstrates leadership and executive presence.
What Our Program Manager Will Do
- Run multiple complex projects simultaneously to support the successful implementation of new applications and systems based on business and customer objectives including:
- Developing detailed project plans
- Constructing Work Breakdown Structures
- Report status of plan, and track change controls, risks, and issues for that plan
- Maintain and monitor project plan execution
- Provide input on financial and resourcing aspects of the plan
- Demonstrate overall understanding of the Insurity business strategies as they apply to product verticals
- Present to negotiate with, and facilitate with senior level partners on program status, issues and decisions
- Through expertise in industry best practices, tailor the balance of scope, schedule, resources, and quality against the needs of the project and overall business strategy
- Manage all relationships necessary for a successful project team; with special attention paid to vertical product planners, resource managers, sales, marketing, customer service, billing, and testing organizations
- Mentor members of the Enterprise Project Management Organization including other Project Managers as well as project teams on project management techniques and methodology
Who We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in program management, strategy, digital transformation, growth consulting, or product/innovation roles with a strong execution mindset.
- Must have Tier 1 academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Tier 1 institutions and MBA from Tier 1 business schools (e.g., IIM A/B/C/L, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.)
- Proven track record of driving business impact through digital solutions or growth projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Be comfortable in working in a fast paced, and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with SaaS, insurtech, or digital platforms is a strong plus.
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven products is a plus.
- Experience working in global/matrixed organizations is preferred.
