Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Program Manager to oversee resource allocation, manage client relationships, and ensure successful program delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with clients regularly—both virtually and through site visits. This role requires balancing operational efficiency with strategic client engagement to drive long-term partnerships.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and manage resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and maintaining long-term relationships.

  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and technical requirements.

  • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project/program progress.

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and resource gaps, and implement corrective actions.

  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design where required.

  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed quality standards.

  • Mentor and guide project teams to achieve goals effectively.


Required Skill Set:


  • Strong background in resource planning and allocation.

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to visit client sites and handle interactions confidently.

  • Good understanding of technical concepts in [IT/Network/Infrastructure].

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project/program management tools.
