Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in managing strategic programs and projects, particularly within the government sector and initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop governance structures and enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, particularly within the public sector.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives related to Saudi Vision 2030.
• Design and activate governance frameworks to support continuous improvement and procedural efficiency.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams through clear written and verbal communication.
• Ensure adherence to government regulations, systems, and procedures.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in program and project management within the public sector .
• Proven experience managing initiatives related to Saudi Vision 2030 .
• Full knowledge of government systems and procedures .
• Strong skills in data analysis and strategic reporting .
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management , or a related field is preferred.
• Holding a professional certification such as PMP is a strong advantage.
