Candidate Profile

Planning, implementation, control, and reporting of online and offline campaigns

Troubleshooting and handling of escalations

Program performance reporting

Set-up, testing, and delivery of newsletters

Configuration and testing of incentives

Strategic and conceptual development

Continuous improvement of rewards stores, focusing on the rewards portfolio and store functionalities
