Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Experience in working with business clients
• Fluent command of the English language
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and create presentations
• Technical education and experience in an IT company are a plus
• Experience in working with loyalty systems

Your Responsibilities

• Planning, implementation, control, and reporting of online and offline campaigns
• Troubleshooting and handling of escalations
• Program performance reporting
• Set-up, testing, and delivery of newsletters
• Configuration and testing of incentives
• Strategic and conceptual development
• Continuous improvement of rewards stores, focusing on the rewards portfolio and store functionalities
